File a proceeding

You should address the Administrative Tribunal of Quebec if you want to contest a decision made about you by a ministry, a public agency (boards, commissions, hospitals, etc.), or a municipality. When you file an appeal with the Tribunal, it must decide, after a hearing, whether the decision you are contesting should be modified, annulled, or upheld.
