The Hearing

Recording of hearings and right to an interpreter

Recording of hearings - All the Tribunal hearings are recorded. You can obtain a copy of the recording at your own expense by request to the Tribunal.

For a written transcript of the recording, you need to call upon the services of a stenographer.

Right to an interpreter – you have the right to be accompanied by an interpreter during the hearing. However, be aware that this service is not offered by the Tribunal.

The services of an interpreter are at your own expense, unless you are hearing-impaired. If such is the case, please inform the Tribunal as soon as possible.
