There are certain rules of conduct to respect in the courtroom, among others:

be properly dressed

arrive on time
-
you are not authorized to bring food or beverages into the courtroom.

you must be respectful of the administrative judges and the representative of the government body whose decision you are challenging;

you must wait until the administrative judge who is presiding the hearing gives you the right to speak, to intervene during the hearing.

using a cell phone is not allowed during the hearing.
