Online services

The Tribunal offers many online services. Do no hesitate to use them! It is easy, quick and safe, and you don't have to go anywhere.

File a proceeding

Can you use this service?

If you have received a letter from a government department or body that states that you can challenge its decision before the Tribunal administratif du Québec, you can file an online proceeding.

You lawyer or representative can also file a proceeding on your behalf.


How?

Send documents

  • You have filed you proceeding before the Tribunal

  • You know you file number

How?

Follow the steps of our online platform. You can submit electronic documents or written requests related to your file.

Once your files are sent, you will receive an e-mail confirming that we have indeed received them. You do not have to send them again by mail, fax or in person.

You must send your documents no later than 30 days before your hearing, or comply with the deadline agreed upon with a judge.
Don't forget to send your documents to the representative of the government body or department, as well as all of the other persons involved in your case.


See the hearing schedule

We will inform you when a meeting is schedule in your case.

If necessary, you can search the schedule to take note of the moment of your hearing, your management conference or your pre-hearing conference.

 

Participate to a hearing or a conciliation session


Many meetings are held with the Teams application. To know how to prepare for your hearing or conciliation session, see our guide.

 

Find a decision

After a hearing, the Tribunal has 3 months to render a decision. You will receive the decision by mail.

You can also find all of the Tribunal's decisions for free on the Société québécoise d'information juridique (SOQUIJ)'s website.
