The Tribunal administratif du Québec applies the Confidentiality
Policy provided at the portal of the government of Québec.
The site of the Tribunal administratif du Québec does not put
any permanent security logging table (“cookie”) in the hard
drives of visitors’ computers, and no personal information is collected
unless the Internet surfer has previously agreed to it. The information
transmitted automatically between computers does not allow for personal
identification. This information is collected because of the technological
requirements of browsing on the Internet and is used for statistical purposes.

and agencies and private organizations. The sites are identified by an icon.
