When the Tribunal receives your application, it sends you a confirming letter.

The Tribunal then informs the department, agency or municipality, whose decision you are contesting, of your application.

At the latest, 30 days after receiving a copy of your application, the department, agency or municipality must send you a copy of the record it has relating to your application.
